L’ANTICO BORGO DI “LE CASTELLA”
One of the excursions we suggest to those who want to explore the most enchanting villages on the Ionian coast is the boat tour to Le Castella, a hamlet of Isola di Capo Rizzuto which has been chosen many times as a film set.
The charm of Le Castella lies in the Aragonese fortress overlooking the sea, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea, and in the protected natural reserve of Capo Rizzuto which it overlooks.
The guided boat tour includes a short cruise, a stop for a swim in the clear waters of the Ionian Sea, a guided tour of the historic center and the possibility of shopping in the shops of the main street.
